1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or utilizing https://twvs.co.za, or by scheduling an operational consultation through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, banking institution, broker, custodian, franchise group, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Advisory Scope & Nature of Services

TWVS (Pty) Ltd provides professional technical, operational, and management consultancy services across two dedicated divisions:

TV Consulting

Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI), Straight-Through Processing (STP), SWIFT ISO 20022 MX migration, post-trade reconciliations, custody operations, and API threat protection.

WV Consulting

Restaurant operations, kitchen process flow, labour & food cost architectures, waste minimization, staff SOP training, and modern POS workflow integrations.

The information provided on this website is for general strategic guidance and feasibility assessment only. A formal binding consulting relationship is established only upon mutual execution of a dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Consultation Requests & Turnaround Commitments

When you submit a consultation request via our online booking engine:

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and representative business details;
  • Your request will be assigned directly to our designated practice leaders (Tertius Vermeulen for Financial Markets or Werner Vermeulen for Hospitality);
  • We commit to reviewing and responding to your inquiry within 24 business hours;
  • Preliminary introductory consultations are exploratory discussions and do not obligate either party to proceed with a commercial engagement.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

All content published on this website — including architectural diagrams, operational frameworks, methodologies, text copy, graphic designs, icons, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of TWVS (Pty) Ltd, protected under South African copyright and intellectual property legislation.

You may view and download single copies of publicly available materials for internal institutional evaluation purposes only. No content may be reproduced, modified, republished, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Vendor Platform Independence & Trademarks

TWVS maintains an independent, practitioner-led advisory stance. While we have deep certification and implementation relationships with industry-leading platform providers:

Omnea, SmartStream, Tegra Solutions, Axway, Cato Networks, and Salt Security are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners.

Platform descriptions, feature sets, and functional capabilities described on this website are compiled from public technical documentation and verified deployment experience. Third-party software licensing, cloud hosting, and support agreements are governed exclusively by each vendor’s respective commercial terms.

6. Commercial Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

TWVS recognizes that discussions concerning bank STP architectures, SWIFT Alliance gateways, trade reconciliation breaks, API security vulnerabilities, or franchise unit economics involve highly sensitive commercial information.

All confidential information disclosed during preliminary discussions will be held in strict confidence. Prior to exchanging detailed architecture diagrams, transaction logs, or commercial pricing models, TWVS will execute a formal bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with your institution.

7. Regulatory Disclaimers & Financial Advisory Notice

Important Regulatory Notice

Nothing contained on this website or discussed during exploratory consultations constitutes an offer to buy or sell securities, a recommendation regarding financial products, or a regulated financial service.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

  • This website and all preliminary guidance are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind;
  • TWVS, its directors, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, business interruption, or data corruption;
